<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Insomnia este o tulburare de somn frecventa. Majoritatea oamenilor trebuie sa doarma 7 sau mai multe ore pe noapte pentru a se simti odihniti. </span></p>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Insomnia cronica sau pe termen lung face dificila indeplinirea sarcinilor de rutina, cum ar fi mersul la serviciu sau la scoala si ingrijirea de sine. </span></p>
<p lang="en-GB" align="JUSTIFY"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Insomnia poate duce sau poate contribui la dezvoltarea altor probleme de sanatate, cum ar fi depresia, bolile de inima si accidentul vascular cerebral.</span></p>

Poate fi acuta (pe termen scurt) sau cronica (pe termen lung). Majoritatea persoanelor cu insomnie cronica au insomnie secundara.</span></p>

Poate fi pe tot parcursul vietii sau se poate intampla din cauza schimbarilor in rutina, in timpul calatoriilor sau a evenimentelor stresante din viata.</span></p>
